Lambrusco di Sorbara, Fortana, and Pinot Nero
Let’s be clear: this isn’t your nonna’s sweet Lambrusco. This is Lambrusco reimagined—a vibrant, dry, and dangerously drinkable rosato frizzante born in the heartland between Reggio Emilia and Modena, where the Fangareggi family has been tending vines since the 19th century. In 2004, they reignited that legacy; today, they’re turning their land organic, bottle by bottle. The whole family—vineyard to bottle—is involved.
Vigna Rosa is their rebellion in pink. A low-alcohol sparkler blending Lambrusco di Sorbara, Fortana, and Pinot Nero, it’s velvety smooth, cheerful, and tastes like an Italian summer afternoon bottled. Think rose petals, black cherry, and a whisper of sourdough crust riding a current of tiny, energetic bubbles. It’s savoury, it’s fruity, it’s everything right now.
This is the Lambrusco you share with friends at Bickford Park as the sun goes down. The one you bring to a house party when the air turns crisp. Fun, fizzy, pure year-round pleasure.
Pop it. Pour it. Pass it around.
