We're beyond excited to release our fall programming for guided tastings at Canary Counter.

We spent hours thinking about how to organize this quarter. And while we loved last year's guided flights, where we'd taste whatever was on by the glass every week, we thought it was time to go deeper. More structure, more focus, more fun.

For fall, we want to break down the most basic concepts of the world of wine. The foundations. The things that make wine what it is, in all its shapes and forms. Think of this as a crash course that will prepare us for what's coming in winter 2027: The Terroir Series.
