Every Thursday since we opened, we’ve been gathering a small crew to taste through everything on our by-the-glass list. All six wines. We talk region, soil, climate, the people behind the bottles—and yes, we absolutely geek out on winemaking. (It’s kind of our thing.)

We keep it small (only 9 spots) because that’s how you actually hear stories, ask questions, and feel like you’re in a conversation, not a stiff lecture.
