In the 1980s, when organic farming was barely a whisper in Italy, Marina Marcarino just followed her instinct and conviction. Punset became the first organic certified Barbaresco producer. Today, her vineyards, guided by biodynamics and Masanobu Fukuoka's natural philosophy, remain some of Italy's most vibrant, yielding wines that pulse with unfiltered terroir and vitality.

'Neh!' (named for Piedmont's signature slang, the verbal equivalent of a cheeky shrug), is Marina's everyday masterpiece. A blend of Dolcetto, Barbera, and Nebbiolo, it bursts with black cherries, wild raspberries, and a whisper of sun-baked earth, while the palate delivers a wave of red currant coulis wrapped in a rustic, textured grip. Structured but soft, it has enough acidity to dance alongside tomato-based pasta or a board of aged cheeses.
