The family has been at it for a while. All their wines are certified vegan and sustainable. The No Es Pituko line is the real deal: nothing added, no sulfur, unfined, unfiltered. The Cabernet Sauvignon is hand harvested from calcareous clay and limestone soils. Destemmed into stainless steel tanks. Natural yeast fermentation. Twelve days of maceration, then pressed and aged for fifteen months in used French oak. No new oak, no vanilla bomb. Pure juicy, brambly fruit. Drink it with a steak. Drink it with a burger.
