While the world knows the Gramona family for their legendary sparkling wines, cousins Roc and Leo Gramona (the sixth generation) are quietly rewriting the rules for still wine in Penedès. They launched L'Enclòs de Peralba in 2017: their own playground for purity, farming five-plus hectares organically and sourcing from like-minded growers to craft wines that speak of place. Made from the native Malvasía de Sitges, one wild fermentation that starts in tank and finishes under a crown cap, trapping all its fizz naturally. It’s bright and crisp, bursting with citrus peel, green apple, and a subtle floral hint. This is the Pét-Nat for people who want energy and purity, without the cloudiness or funk.
