For four generations, the Fidora family has done things differently. In 1974—when "organic" was still a radical notion—they became the pioneers of chemical-free farming in Veneto, quietly teaching their neighbours how to work with nature, not against it. Today, they’re Demeter-certified biodynamic visionaries, farming an oasis of biodiversity in Italy’s most productive wine region. Their Civranetta estate isn’t a vineyard; it’s a sanctuary—a place where ancient trees guard wild waterways, and vines draw strength from the unique Caranto soil that has been chemical-free for nearly 50 years.
As soon as you pour, you’ll sense it—fine, persistent tiny bubbles (the result of a patient eight-week Charmat fermentation) lifting aromas of crunchy green apple, lemon zest, and wet river stones. The palate is electric and bone-dry, bursting with that same orchard-fresh energy and a salivating, stony finish that begs for another sip.
This is Prosecco with a purpose. Just pure, vibrant, biodynamic fruit.
Pair it with oysters glistening with seawater, grilled sea bream with lemon, buttery garlic shrimp hot off the barbie—or simply the sound of a cork popping among friends who appreciate the real stuff.
