3XP Niagara Chardonnay

3XP isn’t just wine—it’s a love letter to Ontario Chardonnay, and a tribute to the legendary winemaker Paul Pender of Tawse. This small-production collaboration is a testament to precision, place, and passionate craftsmanship.

Sourced from sustainable, organic, and biodynamic vineyards—including the iconic Quarry Road, with supporting roles from Limestone Ridge and Cherry Avenue—this Chardonnay was blended with intention. Aged in French oak, it’s a wine built not on power, but on purity, tension, and delicacy.

The nose is bright and youthful: whispers of white peach, green apple, and citrus woven through with subtle lees. The palate is where Ontario shines—lively lemon and limestone acidity meet a round, refreshing texture that’s both clean and complex. This is Chardonnay with a Canadian accent, eh!
