This is Albariño reimagined; a low-SO² orange wine grown organically at high altitude in Cuenca’s dry, continental heart, where hot days and cool nights forge grapes of electric acidity and startling perfume.

It’s ripe stone fruit and sun-warmed orange peel; the next, pink grapefruit and freshly grated ginger rise like whispers from the glass. On the palate, it’s both light-footed and profound, a vibrant tension of mouthwatering freshness and textured depth gifted by long maceration. The finish lasts longer than a Spanish summer, dry, firm, and beautifully tannic.
