Domaine Didon 'Les Vieilles Branches' Bourgogne Aligoté 2024

Domaine Didon is run by Naïma and David Didon, whose small, biodynamic farm is in Chassey-le-Camp, a quiet hamlet within the only Burgundy appellation dedicated to Aligoté. They farm a prized two-hectare plot called Vignes Blanches on a slope of dense yellow limestone, working the land by hand and horse to keep the soil alive.

This Aligoté comes from a separate parcel of hundred-year-old vines they’ve recently taken on. The wine is pure, vibrant, and full of life, with a bright citrus core and a nervy, mineral energy that feels classic but with an edge.
