A Wine Subscription — Policy
We keep things simple. Here’s how it works and what you can expect.
How It Works
Frequency: Choose monthly or quarterly deliveries.
Cost: $100 + tax and shipping per shipment for two curated bottles.
Curated for You: Before each shipment, you'll receive a short form to share your current vibe. We use this to select your bottles.
Shipping: We offer shipping in Toronto. Flat-rate shipping fees apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery: Your wine subscription will be ready within 3 to 5 days after your purchase or renewal.
Flexibility & Changes
You're in Control: You can pause, skip a shipment, or cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at canarycounter@gmail.com before the 1st of the next billing cycle.
Modifying a Shipment: Need to update your vibe or shipping address for an upcoming order? Let us know with good notice for that month’s shipment.
Gifting: You can purchase a subscription as a gift! We’ll send a beautiful digital gift note and handle the sign-up process with the recipient.
Our Guarantee
Quality Promise: We stand behind every bottle. If a wine is flawed (corked, oxidized, etc.), please contact us. Faulted bottles must have at least 4/5 of the wine still in the bottle and the original cork for a replacement or credit.
Satisfaction: This club is about discovery. If you simply don’t love a wine, let us know in your next check-in. We can’t issue refunds for personal taste, but your feedback is gold and will directly shape your future selections.
The Important Bits
Age Requirement: All recipients must be 19 years of age or older.
Privacy: We will never sell or share your information. It’s used solely to manage your subscription and send you wine.
