The wine is veeeery good.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"\"\u003eThis Rosato Lunella, or the rosé from the moon which is how I call it, is\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"\"\u003e 80% Sangiovese, 20% Canaiolo, from three kilometres outside Siena, planed on sandy soils rich in ancient Pliocene marine and oyster fossils, which gives the wine a distinct freshness and salinity. Each variety was separately destemmed and crushed. After four hours of maceration, the pink juice was bled off each tank and blended. Only 3,000 bottles made. Certified organic.
