The vines are trained in the traditional pergola, which means when you walk through the vineyard you're walking through these fantastic tunnels covered with grapes. It's beautiful. It's light, easy-drinking, and juicy, but it packs many different flavours. 50% was just direct press, and the other 50% of the grapes got 24 hours of skin contact, to get that 'light red' name the wine goes by. Super low sulphur at bottling, after a quick 6 months of ageing in botti and concrete. Slightly chill it and enjoy.
