Fresh, bouncy, loaded with white grapefruit and green apple peel. Bright, lively, with gentle bubbles and just a tiny bit of creaminess that smoothes everything out and makes it really nice and delicious.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"\"\u003eAlso, Lighthall makes their own sheep's milk cheese on site, but only during the summer.
